No discounts available for those times
including Groupon and Living Social or insurance
~Weather related closures are possible.
A general rule of thumb:
If the Bethel schools are closed- so am I, but call to reschedule or it will be considered a no show appointment
If you miss or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $50 cancelation fee.
Weather related cancellations:.
If we have had a significant storm and you do not feel safe driving, chances are I don't either.
Last minute cancellations are more than OK in that instance!
Same goes for a sick child. I fully understand that kids don't pick convenient times to get sick. If you can show me a receipt from a Dr. visit or a note from the school nurse absolutely no cancellation fee will be charged.
Please keep in mind, a no show on a storm day/ sick day will still be charged, so please call 203-797-9393 to cancel.
